PDI was founded in 1973 by the Mealor family in Lawrenceville, GA. Since then PDI has grown
into one of the largest family owned distributors of plumbing and lighting in the Southeast.
Today, PDI’s corporate home is still Lawrenceville, but we have facilities all over
North Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina with plans on continued expansion.
Our customer base is made up of contractors, builders, and consumers. We take pride in our
commitment to our customers and to maintain the values that the company was found on.
