Neighborhood Meals on Wheels

Neighborhood Meals on Wheels Neighborhood Meals on Wheels serves the Senior Adult population of Gwinnett with fresh, warm meals prepared in our kitchen in Sugar Hill and distributed by hundreds of volunteers across Gwinnett. The typical Meals on Wheels client needs access to extended care or health facilities. Many clients have little or no family to check on or serve them in their declining years. Our volunteers are often the only human touch that they receive daily. As our population grows older and governmental agencies are stretched further, Neighborhood Meals on Wheels is partnering with our county, other non-profits, and faith groups to help mitigate food scarcity in our incredible communities across Gwinnett.
