Estes technicians did a great job installing my water heater. My special thanks to Richard and his crew for their thoroughness and efficiency. The quote was clear, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend Estes for your plumbing needs. I would go back to them for future needs.

I changed my HVAC from Bardi Heating and Air of Atlanta to Estes Heating and Air last fall. During the first visit they identified problems with my heating system. I agreed to have them service the system and purchase upfront the service plan. Immediately, the technician gave me all these reasons as to why he could not service my unit because it was in the crawl space of the house. We worked through that and I was able to get it service. Now it's spring they called to make appointment for the seasonal maintenance. The service technician came and this time he refused to service AC units because each one was in a security cage that is fully accessible. I called to complain and sent email with photo to review. To date have not heard a word from them. Very disappointed. I've decided forfeit what I paid in full for maintenance plan and move on to another company.

I had a leak under kitchen sink and was told I needed a new garbage disposal. I foolishly let the technician install one. $520. The technician was very polite and efficient. He was gone in less than 3/4 of an hour. I was thinking about an ac/heating maintenance contract but will be looking elsewhere.

These guys are humble professionals. They show up on time, explain the problem, explain how they plan to correct it, & then get to work. They treated me and my home with respect. The work is done well without delays.

I had a condo AC replaced by them. Without asking me, they chopped off the bottom part where you put the filter and added a shoddily cobbled together extension "to have an easier to find filter size." Well, not more than a year later, the added part falls apart/and is broken due to their shoddy construction and keeping it together with only tape. Poor quality work over all. I would have preferred to have the original sized filter and a factory manufactured seal rather than their home made garbage.

They charge a large fee for just showing up and do not wave or apply it toward their work. Their business model is get what you can, as much as you can in a sellers market. There are plumbers more interested in fair business practices.

My AC wasn't working so Estes came out. Tech said it was the contactor and he had to replace it and it would cost $280 for the part. It wasn't under warranty because it had been replaced 18 months ago. I take the box where the contactor came in as he's replacing it and look up the part online. It costs less than $20 for the same exact part and brand. That's nearly 15x the markup on the part.

We received great customer service all around! Everyone I interacted with: Ms. Joanna who answered my call and scheduled the appointment, the Technician Brayden diagnosing and repairing the issue, and Latosha who took my post-service call were all empathetic, friendly, helpful, professional, quick, and thorough. We will definitely call them in the future.

Scheduled annual inspection. Estes called to confirm, tech called to tell me that he was 30 mins away and was that OK and he arrived within 30 mins. Put on booties before he came in. He put a new filter in, checked the whole system and reviewed everything with me.

Oh my gosh, Miguel (Vasquez) was so thoughtful and helpful!!! He gave me a lot of helpful information regarding my HVAC and attic! He also went above and beyond because that morning, I had found a puddle of water in my kitchen, so he even checked my plumbing under the kitchen sink while he was at my home for the biannual maintenance. I can't express enough my gratitude for Miguel's kindness!
