Nadira joined OneStreet in 2016 as a Leasing Specialist, before being promoted first to Assistant Community Manager and then to Community Manager. In 2023, Nadira made the transition from on-site to the corporate office where she oversees marketing & leasing for our mixed-income communities. Congratulations Nadira!

Balanda is the Community Manager for MainStreet on the Green, maintaining 98% occupancy and 97% renewal retention in 2023. She was instrumental in a complete interior and exterior recent rehab of the community which required her to manage moving every resident to a new apartment so that each of the 132 units could be updated with new flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures and more! When presenting her with this award, Regional Manager Brandon Cheatham, COS, HCCP said, “I remember being nervous at my first quarterly meeting with the local housing authority.
