Panel Moderator: Dave McMullen, President of Media Frenzy Global

David McMullen is the President of Media Frenzy Global. Frenzy spreads contagious ideas for brands around the globe by delivering Marketing and PR with a kick.

He has been helping companies adapt and grow in a changing world by specializing in marketing, creative strategy, and innovation. Companies like Deloitte, MARS, Verizon, Cracker Barrel, and many others have relied on Dave to put the right people on the right strategy for over 2 decades. He has been featured on 60 Minutes, NPR, CNN, CNBC, FOX News, and numerous national publications and was named the American Marketing Association's Atlanta Marketer of the Year.

Dave was the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Small Businessperson of the Year. His leadership has led to his companies being listed on the Inc5000 list of fastest-growing companies 7 times. He served as the President of the Atlanta Entrepreneur Organization and is a graduate of EO’s Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT.

Panelist: Kurt Uhlir is known as the “king of scaling” and is a globally recognized marketing leader for mid-market companies. He has built and run early-stage companies as well as those over $500M in annual revenue, assembled teams across six continents, been part of the small team leading an IPO ($880M), and participated in dozens of acquisitions. He is also the lead inventor of disruptive technologies in 5 industries, with 16 granted patents covering some of the technologies we all use every day. He most recently used AI to optimize 5,000,000 words of original content and a conversational AI chatbot for eXp Realty, the largest U.S. real estate brokerage."

Panelist: David Schey, Zeta’s Senior VP of Customer Experience and Head of Data Strategy, has over 25 years of experience consulting Fortune 1,000 companies on optimizing marketing and CRM programs, within both digital and offline channels. In his current role, David helps build AI-Generated models for brands to surface intelligence leveraging both client 1P data and Zeta's Data Cloud to help solve their most pressing business problems – ranging from churn detection and prevention to performance forecasting, personalized content generation, customer acquisition targeting and more. Prior to this role, David served as Vice President/Group Director of Strategy and Analytics at DigitasLBi, where he led the S&A CRM practice.

He has held leadership positions at Digitas, Merkle and Epsilon. Throughout his career, David has worked with a variety of national and global brands including PepsiCo, Pfizer, Unilever, Kraft, Tesco, Samsung, Comcast, General Mills, Urban Outfitters, T.J.Maxx, Pernod Ricard, and others to plan, measure and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland at College Park, and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Rutgers University.
