Schedule of events:

Registration starts at 9:00 a.m. in the downstairs foyer at the Gas South Convention Center, followed by Breakfast/Program at 10:00 a.m. in the Ballroom.

Where is my ticket?

Table assignments will be available at registration upon arrival. If you need to make any adjustments to your registration, please contact Maggie Toburen as soon as possible.

Parking Information:

Please click HERE to see a map of the Gas South Convention Center campus. Parking is available in Deck 1.

Dietary restrictions are required 7 business days in advance to Maggie Toburen. Dietary options are gluten free or vegetarian. Special requests will not be granted the day of the event.

We certainly hope that you will join us; however, we understand if pressing matters prevent your attendance. Registrations are transferable. Our cancellation policy is: cancellations must be received five (5) business days in advance of the event.
