Larry Gellerstedt is the Chairman & CEO of Cousins Properties, a real estate investment trust with a portfolio of 16 million square feet, 6 million of which are urban trophy office towers along Atlanta's transportation corridor.

Though his professional accomplishments are impressive, his personal attributes are equally as important.

He was Founding Chairman of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and past Chair of the Metro Atlanta Chamber, Metro YMCA and the Woodruff Arts Center, in addition to others. He is a current Trustee of the Woodruff Foundation.

Larry was Chairman & CEO of Beers Construction Company that built the Olympic Stadium, Turner Field and Philips Arena.
He led the largest deal in Cousins history - the merger with Parkway Properties, Inc.
