StreetWise Georgia is a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry serving Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta since 1988. We walk alongside families in crisis through our Mobile Food Pantry, Heaven's Grocery Store, Cedar's Closet clothing boutique, and appointment-based Weekday Program, meeting practical needs with dignity of choice. In 2025 we served 12,467 families and 39,272 individuals, distributing over 1.9 million pounds of food with the help of 750+ monthly volunteers. Our mission: loving people, meeting needs, walking with families from crisis to wholeness, one person at a time.
