Computer Recyclers USA, LLC

About us
Computer Recyclers USA, LLC is an R2v3-certified IT asset disposition (ITAD) and electronics recycling company located at 3644 Burnette Road in Suwanee, Georgia. Founded in 2004, we have processed more than 5 million devices for over 700 businesses. Our location in Gwinnett County, with easy access from I-85, I-985, and GA-316, serves metro Atlanta and businesses across Georgia.

Services

• Data destruction and sanitization: Physical shredding of hard drives and SSDs, or logical sanitization certified under R2v3 Appendix B, following NIST SP 800-88. Logical sanitization lets drives keep their reuse and resale value. If sanitization fails, the device is physically destroyed. Onsite witnessed destruction is available on request.
• Free IT equipment pickup: Complimentary pickup for businesses and corporate organizations across Georgia, subject to minimums based on location, routing, and loading. There is no maximum. Pickups are typically scheduled within 24-48 hours, and early-morning pickups can be arranged on request. Recurring monthly or quarterly pickups are available for facilities with steady volume.
• Responsible electronics recycling: Computers, laptops, servers, storage devices, networking equipment, monitors, printers, phones, and peripherals, working or not, with documented downstream tracking.

Compliance and documentation
Every device is tracked by serial number, and every pickup includes a serialized certificate of destruction recording make, model, serial number, method, and date, along with an audit report, typically within 5-10 business days. Our processes align with HIPAA, SOX, GLBA, and FACTA requirements. Your compliance team should confirm fit for your specific obligations.
