Moreland Altobelli Associates, Inc. (MA) is a full-service engineering and program management firm headquartered in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Established in 1987, the firm is headed by Thomas D. Moreland, PE, former Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Transportation. MA has experienced steady growth since its beginning and is now composed of 318 civil and structural engineers, community planners, landscape architects, appraisers, land acquisition agents, surveyors, environmental specialists, and support personnel (almost 150 work in Gwinnett County).
