Checked with them before purchasing a new truck. Found out the hard way that they have no clue as to what they are doing. Premium was only supposed to go up $4, then down $11 and in the end it more than doubled. To make matters worse, when I told them about my displeasure with the entire matter, she not only attacked me personally, she also threatened to retaliate against my business with a bad review if I was to write one (we don't even do business together). In the end she turned out to be very unprofessional, never once took blame for any of it or apologized. I purchased the truck under the assumption that my insurance premium would have only gone up $4 and in the end it more than doubled.
