Thanks to social media and other modern technologies, our world has become smaller and more diverse than ever. Thriving organizations mirror this new reality, with employees serving as customer service representatives for customers and each other.

This presentation examines the full spectrum of diversity by utilizing a 'Dimensions of Diversity Grid' to help executives make sense of the variances and impact of each factor. Join us and explore values and beliefs that support stereotypes, misconceptions, mis-communications and other barriers that are a hindrance to embracing and adopting inclusionary best practices. Managers will learn how diversity can be a tool for success by examining how valuing diversity moves the organization's culture forward in achieving its goals and objectives, while collectively embracing the mission.

• The most effective way to ensure inclusion
• What practices prevent inclusion in the workplace
