Event Description:

You’ve probably heard that change is the only constant in business. Today's business environment requires companies to undergo constant evaluation and transformation in order to remain competitive. Factors such as globalization of markets and rapidly evolving technology force businesses to respond in order to survive. Unfortunately, 70% of all change initiatives fail. So why do so many organizations struggle with change?

Managing organizational change is the process of planning and implementing change to maximize the effectiveness of the efforts without costly missteps.  Attend the February HRMA as Cirrus Business Group share how to manage change in organizations and learn key principles to move your company forward in 2015.

•         Why is change so hard?
•         Planning key steps to launch the initiative
•         Prepping the team- effective communication
•         Making it Stick- How to reinforce the value of successful change
