Creating A Winning Culture In Your Business

The success of any team or organization is ultimately determined by its culture. As a leader, is the culture of your team intentional…or accidental? Whether you’re an experienced leader or just getting started, this session will help you define a culture of empowerment to build the business of your dreams.

What You Will Learn

- How leaders define culture in every organization,
- Why vocabulary, visual tools and compelling stories are critical to your success,
- How to recognize and respond to opportunities to create a culture of empowerment.

As presented to a standing room only group at the Gwinnett Small Business Summit (11-14).  By popular demand, this session has been added to our Eat & Educate series.
