SPEAKER: PHILLIP BLOUNT
Phil Blount is President of Phillip Blount & Associates. The firm, founded in 1996, specializes in compensation consulting and organization effectiveness across a wide range of industries and sectors, with clients throughout the country. Prior to establishing this firm, he was the Vice President and Managing Director for the Hay Group’s operation in the southern United States.
He is the recipient of WorldatWork’s Lifetime Achievement Award and with over 30 years consulting experience has served as a guest lecturer/speaker for such organizations as the American Management Association, the National Association of Accountants, the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, and the Society for Human Resource Management. He received a BBA in accounting from the University of Georgia and his MBA in management from Georgia State University.
