Tom Bode
General Manager, Pratt & Whitney Columbus Engine Center - Georgia
Tom has spent over 30 years in aviation field, in both the new manufacture and the aftermarket segments. He began his career with General Electric in Schenectady NY on their Manufacturing Management program. He also had multiple technical and management roles with GE in Ohio, Florida, New Jersey and Texas.
In 2000, Tom joined Pratt and Whitney to help them set up their Norway Engine Center in Stavanger Norway. Later he moved to Singapore as the General Manager of Technical Services at Eagle Services Asia. In 2004, he returned to the US in Columbus Georgia where he held Engineering and Operational Manager roles before being selected as the General Manager for the Engine Center in 2008.
