LEGISLATIVE LUNCHEON

Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle will discuss the upcoming session and what he sees on the horizon for 2018. This annual event will also provide the opportunity to connect with Gwinnett's Delegation.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

A successful entrepreneur and respected former State Senator, Casey Cagle made history in 2006 by becoming the first Republican ever elected to Georgia’s second highest office. After winning re-election in 2010, Georgia voters re-elected him again in 2014, returning Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle to office for his third term.

Lt. Governor Cagle is a champion for education and economic development. His business experience and outlook propelled him to prominent leadership roles under the Gold Dome, allowing him to bring a common sense private sector approach to state government by balancing Georgia’s budget without raising taxes.

He has dedicated his life to public service, supporting free enterprise solutions, ensuring all children in Georgia have access to a personalized educational environment suited for their individual talents and needs, and improving health and wellness for today’s youth. Just last year, he published his first book, "Education Unleashed", to outline his vision for a public education system that will develop the strongest workforce in the world.
