Howard Mavity is a partner at Fisher & Philips Attorneys at Law in Atlanta, GA. With his past experience in transportation, logistics, construction, and industrial supply he works with his clients as a business partner, and focusses on eliminating employee problems by commonsense management. He oversees audits for corporate labor, HR, and safety compliances and has handled cases before the EEOC, OFCCP, NLRB, and numerous other state and federal agencies. With his experience, it is no wonder that he frequently does lectures and conducts training for private and governmental employers.
