Description of Presentation:

Accountability is a hot buzzword... but what does it mean? Does it mean different things to different people? In this interactive session, we will define what accountability really means, what it looks like, and why it should matter to you. We will look at the most common reasons accountability is missing in many organizations. Next, we walk through an activity to help you identify the obstacles in your own organization. We will wrap up by sharing a plan to get you on the path to accountability. Creating a culture of accountability is possible, but it doesn’t happen by accident.
