About the workshop:

While there are other factors that impact leadership effectiveness, the leader is central to the equation. Therefore, in this workshop we will focus on enhancing the leaders' self-awareness such that they can more effectively apply the theoretical knowledge obtained through the Gwinnett Young Professionals Leadership Institute and continue to build human and social capital essential for success.
